Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. We are unable to provide you with a complete refund or exchange if ten days have elapsed after your purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to qualify for a return. Additionally, it needs to be in its original packing.

A number of product categories are not returnable. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are examples of perishable items that cannot be returned. Additionally, hazardous chemicals, flammable liquids or gases, and intimate or hygienic goods are not accepted.

Book with obvious signs of use

 

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds that are delayed or absent

 

Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds

We will send you an email to let you know that your returned item has been received and examined. Additionally, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

Within a specific number of days, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically paid to your credit card or original payment method if you are accepted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

Shipping returns

When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering your own shipping expenses. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.
